Additional Information

Most of the children from Thomas's first marriage appear to have died in infancy; I have only been able to trace the later history of George and Daniel.

Charlotte TULL was the daughter of Joel TULL and Hannah (nee CURTIS). Her exact baptism date is not known because of the poor record keeping of the curate at Tadley, but has been determined from her age at death and the various ages she gave to census enumerators. Prior to her marriage to Thomas, she bore an illegitimate daughter, Emily TULL (bapt. 24 Mar 1843 at Tadley).

At the time of the 1861 Census, Thomas and Charlotte were living in Tadley Hill with eight of the children. In 1871, only Thomas, William, James, Agnes and Rose were at home with their parents.

At the time of the 1881 Census, Charlotte was widowed, and lived with son James in Tadley.
